Course Overview

2. Digital Workflow for Clear Aligner Production (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM)

  • Digital impression taking and the role of intraoral scanners.

  • Converting digital scans into printable models.

3. Design Software for Clear Aligners (10:30 AM - 11:30 AM)

  • Overview of software used for designing clear aligners.

  • Step-by-step process for aligner design based on patient's orthodontic needs.

4. Materials and Printing Technologies (11:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

  • Discussion on materials suitable for printing clear aligners.

  • Review of different 3D printers and their specifications for dental use.

Afternoon Sessions

5. Hands-On: Design and Print Session (1:30 PM - 2:30 PM)
